Author Guidelines
A scientific work is designed in a certain way and accepted for publication in the electronic format in the author's highest-quality edition:
- volume of materials — 0,25–1,0 publication base sheet (4–16 pages);
- page size — А4, orientation (mode) — portrait;
- font — Times New Roman;
- font size — 14 pt;
- line spacing — 1,5;
- paragraphs are set automatically — 1,25 cm;
- all the margins - 2 cm;
- repetition of spaces is not permitted;
- pages are not numbered;
- metadata - in Russian (for publication in foreign languages — in a foreign language and in Russian):
- author’s details (or authors'),
- author’s affiliation (or authors'),
- author’s postal and e-mail addresses (or authors’) for publication,
- publication title,
- abstract (200–250 words),
- key words (10 words/phrases),
- research funding information (if available);
- the list of references is arranged in the alphabetical order indicating the full data of the source in the language of its publication: the author’s name, the name of the source, the publication place, the publishing house, the year, and the total number of pages in the publication;
- paginated footnotes (the correctness of the use of borrowed material and the accuracy of citation are crucial):
- font size — 14 pt, line spacing — 1,0, no paragraphs;
- if quoting (direct/indirect), it is mandatory to specify the source pages. If the source is printed, the specific cited pages are provided in the footnotes, in the bibliography — the total number of pages of the source is indicated;
- if repeated citations, the data is given in full;
- it is unacceptable to cite an electronic resource of the source if there are publicly available its printed publications;
- references at the end of the material must strictly correspond to the sources in the footnotes;
- the material must be formatted and not contain unnecessary/distorted elements;
- tables, diagrams, any graphics, and drawings are not used, everything aforementioned is converted by the author into a text format;
- setting the correct characters is mandatory, especially for the following:
- long and short (medium) dashes and hyphen: — / – / -;
- quotation marks: «Russian language», “English language”;
- centuries are indicated only by Roman numerals (for example: XXI century);
- personalities are indicated with initials, which is also applied to the reuse of the name (for example: in the main part of the material — I. I. Ivanov, P. P. Petrov, in footnotes and references — Ivanov I. I., Petrov P. P.);
- all abbreviations and shortened words (with the exception of well-known ones) must be deciphered when used in the text. For example, the following abbreviations are acceptable:
- The President of the Russian Federation — The President of the RF;
- The Arbitration Procedural Code of the Russian Federation — The APC of the RF.
A scientific work must meet the following criteria:
- It must not be previously published or submitted for consideration at other events or in competitions. Verbatim copying of published one’s own works and their paraphrasing is unacceptable, they can only be used as a basis for new conclusions with mandatory reference to the earlier work. Submitting material to more than one publisher at the same time is unethical behavior;
- The material should be on a topical issue, reflect scientific novelty, contain reliable results of the work done, and disclose the chosen topic. The material cannot be only descriptive, and state the current state of things. Deliberately untrue statements are unethical behavior;
- It should contain references to the contributions of other people who influenced the submitted material, bibliographic references (or written permission of other people when using their information), bibliography. Any form of plagiarism is unethical behavior.
The manuscript of a scientific work is subject to a peer review procedure: preliminary examination and evaluation before publication. The results of the review may be published or closed from public reproduction.
Materials that do not meet these requirements are rejected.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.
Internet links are provided as a complete URL.
Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text (and not at the end of the document).
Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in Regulations located in the Part "About Us."
Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the anonymity of reviewing.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Specified when registering the names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the Author or reviewers (editors) when preparing the article for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.
